Ochratoxin A in Grapes and Wine: Prevention and Control,
an international workshop on results of the EC-supported Wine-
Ochra Risk project,will be held in Marsala, Sicily,October 20–21,
2005.The workshop will include sessions on OTA in Food and
Beverages, Field and Environments issues, and Post-harvest
concerns and provide a forum where scientists and industry
stakeholders can discuss compliance strategies for the new EU
OTA limits (Reg.UE 123/05). For the final program, as well as the
