Founded in 2002, the European Association for Food Safety (SAFE) is a consortium of universities and scientific institutions actively engaged in the food safety sciences and dedicated to advancing knowledge, promoting interdisciplinary research, and stimulating public debate on food safety issues. The Natural and Chemical Contaminants sessions on the first afternoon of the congress will include Mycotoxins: A Global Concern.
